We exercise professional care and diligence but cannot guarantee specific outcomes due to factors beyond our control.

13. Force Majeure

ACA shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, natural disasters, labor disputes, or technical failures.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements, proposals, and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ACA regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
